What information do you need for an air freight quote?
The origin and destination, a short description of the cargo, the number of pieces, gross weight, dimensions per piece, the type of packaging, and your preferred timing. For dangerous goods or temperature-sensitive cargo, please also share the classification details or required temperature range. Airlines charge by the greater of actual and volumetric weight, so accurate dimensions help us quote correctly.
What is the difference between consolidated and direct air freight?
Consolidated air freight combines your cargo with shipments from other shippers moving on the same route, which usually lowers the cost but can add some handling time. Direct air freight is booked for your shipment alone, typically when cargo is urgent, larger or needs specific handling. We recommend the option that best fits your cargo, timeline and budget.
Can you arrange urgent shipments?
Yes. For time-critical cargo we look for the fastest suitable routing and the next available departure with our partners. Flight availability and transit times depend on route, airline capacity and cargo requirements, and are confirmed when the booking is made.
Can you handle dangerous goods or temperature-sensitive cargo?
Yes. We coordinate dangerous goods (DGR), temperature-controlled and perishable shipments. Acceptance depends on the cargo's classification and specifications, applicable regulations, airline approval and operational availability, so we review these details before confirming the booking.
Do you offer door-to-door air freight?
Yes. We can arrange door-to-door service covering pickup, the international air leg and final delivery, or airport-to-airport service if you prefer to handle collection and delivery yourself.
